Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed after payment and are dispatched within 48 hours on working days. Since our products are customized, additional care is taken during production.

Shipping Time

Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days across India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier availability.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it directly through our website.

Delivery Delays

Zono Kids is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

All products sold by Zono Kids are customized and made-to-order, therefore refunds are not available.

Returns are only accepted if:

A wrong product was delivered
The product was damaged during transit

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
