Products

All products sold by Zono Kids are customized as per customer requirements (name, spelling, size, color, design, etc.). Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details while placing the order.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Design Review & Confirmation

After your order is processed, you will receive your personalized design within a short period for review and confirmation before production begins.

Customization Responsibility

Zono Kids prints exactly as provided by the customer. We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information entered during checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after order confirmation because all products are personalized.

Shipping

Orders are processed after payment and usually shipped within 3–4 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Delays

Zono Kids is not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
